ConRest can handle any size commercial or residential loss. We employ separate Estimators and Construction Superintendents thus insuring the highest level of production and organization from each. Our construction superintendents all have a minimum of 15 years experience in the insurance repair industry.
ConRest performs both on-site and off-site contents cleaning. All of our contents cleaning is completed by our in-house professionally trained staff. Our senior contents estimator has been in the industry for 20 years. We maintain a 9,000 square foot climate controlled warehouse which includes an ozone chamber.
Our water mitigation division utilizes the latest in equipment and procedures. Our technicians are certifi ed in both Applied Structural Drying, and the more traditional methods of water mitigation. We never place more equipment than is necessary to properly dry down a structure. In addition, our quick response to water damages (within one hour) maximizes our ability to save carpet, structure, and contents.
All of our structure cleaning is completed by in-house technicians all of whom have at least 10 years experience in the restoration fi eld. We are available to complete “pre-cleaning” as well.
ConRest has two certifi ed mold remediationists on staff. All of our mold remediation is handled in house, utilizing our own equipment. We offer our remediation services at prices far below that of companies that solely or chiefl y do mold remediation.
ConRest knows how delicate and respectful trauma cleanup needs to be. We approach trauma cleanup with the same compassion and professionalism that we exhibit on all of our jobs.
We offer full document restoration including documents damaged from fi re or water. We can also migrate documents to disk. This is particularly important for companies that have a lot of documents and have not moved to a paperless offi ce.
We offer cleaning and restoration of all electronics. We also restore computers and computer media.
We offer competitive estimates (in many cases free of charge) to the insurance industry. We use Xactimate as our main estimating program. We use the sketch module on all estimates, and will provide digital images either imbedded in the estimate, or emailed separately to you.
ConRest regularly offers it’s expertise to insurance companies, whether it is questions about pricing, or issues of reconstruction. We pride ourselves on our construction knowledge, and knowing the most cost efficient way to complete repairs.
